cash on pick up. A deposit must be made to hold the dog.
It
is non refundable, and will go toward another puppy should the timing not

your desired puppy. If it is already taken, you will be notifed.
All
puppies will be fully health tested and litterbox/housebroken/cratetrained.

Testimonials
Our
Puppy's parents are heart, eye, hip and patella clear by board certified
cardiologist annually. Pups will come with all 3 sets of shots before they
leave at 10 to 12 weeks, health tested for heart, eyes and patellas and
parasites in writing by our vet, Dr. Berry. The shots are considered holistic,
and are made by Intervet.
Early
stimulation trained, crate training and housebreaking will be started on
all pups. Your puppy will come early stimulation trained for submission
and a laid back easy going temperament. Pups do not leave until show pups
are picked at 10 weeks.

We
are so confident in our gene combinations and 13 years in the breed having
no major issues that we feel this is fair, since our dogs are pets first,
and soon after will be yours.
We
offer a hand delivery service, shipping by Delta Pets First or pick up
at the farm. Last and most important, our total focus is on health here.
Your puppy will have exceptional type and health. THIS should be your priority.
Our puppies are reasonable for what we put into them. Please do not price
shop us against backyard breeders, as we are not. We have some of the longest
lived, healthiest and beautiful dogs in the country.
We ARE retiring breeding
females right now. We reserve the right to sell to the
best home for the pups/retirees
optimal situation.

We have NO
issues with any of our dogs. We are an AKC Breeder of Merit and an AKC
inspected home. If you would like to buy THE BEST insurance, please

off. It covers EVERYTHING. If you are wondering why our dogs coats are
so shiny, we use Dawn dish detergent in Original formula for bathing and
nothing else. IT IS FROM THE INSIDE, not the OUTSIDE why our dogs are so
healthy. We feed Diamond Naturals chicken and rice, pulled chicken, NuVet
Plus and California
Earth Minerals. This product (California Earth Minerals) has become
an intrical part of my dogs and my daily routine. It is amazing. My hair
is long and thick, and so is my dogs. Shiny, good skin, energy, balances
ph in the body. I could go on and on but will let you try for yourself.

We give no shots after
1 year, ever. Our dogs are raised holistically, and we do neurostimulation

We no longer sell
to show or breeding homes at all. Any show quality pups we do not keep
will be sold at show price on spay / neuter contracts. People often ask
why and how we would sell show quality to pet homes. We run our dogs on
as long as necessary to determine our breeding program. If another pup
coming up deserves home space, we will sell an older pup, most often to
families with children, to make room for that prospect. All dogs are completely
health tested before leaving us.
Our young adult retirees
will have 3 years rabies shot, microchipped
and crate and housebroken.
1st deposit gets first
pick of pets.
Puppies will come
health tested, all 3 shots, crate, litterbox and part housebroken.
We are happy to report
in the 12 years we have been breeding we have NOT YET produced a puppy
with Early Mitral Valve Heart Disease, Epilepsy, Episodic Falling Syndrome,
Fly Catcher's Syndrome or many of the other major health issues that Cavaliers
can have. Now, this is not to say it could not happen but we are so pleased
it hasn't so far. Our oldest puppies are going on 7 years old and all are
healthy! God has truly blessed us!
Prices are based on the
breeding of each litter. Call for information. Once making a deposit, you
are committing to a puppy from us. Please note. No refunds. You may select
another puppy at a later time if timing is not right for either party.
Terri does not allow the
dogs to bark once they are quieted and in the house and their crates. The
older dogs teach the puppies this rule, and the benefit to a new puppy
owner will be an obedient, quiet dog. If your dogs begins to bark, use
a spray bottle or can of pennies and say quiet or hush. You will soon find
the training we have put into them will come back. This is especially true
of single dogs. Your puppy is socialized with many people and other dogs.
Be sure you have a pet sitter or another dog to comfort your new puppy
while he is transitioning. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to acclimate a new
animal into a household. Please be diligent with your crate training, set
a special time for going out..and be sure the dog had completely pottied
before bringing back into the house.
I
am proud to announce ALL Rock Cliff dogs, have passed their
health
clearances for the 2010-11 year.
We
only have 4 dogs that are retired and in their teens that show any
evidence
of mvd. We use holistic herbs to control the 2 dogs in their teens

General
requirements for a small puppy from Rock Cliff.
Fenced yard ( invisible
is great for gated communities ) or condo. Someone must be
home at all times, or
another dog must be living in the home. No children under 6.
If this is the case,
we often have young adults for sale for this type of home.
Cavaliers are in the
toy category, and are too fragile for young children handling
on a daily basis.
The difference between
males and females are quite unique to the breed.
The saying goes, "The
females love you but the MALES are IN love with you".
When deciding on a family
pet, please bear this in mind.
Often, the girls will
select one owner to be " their " favorite.
They are also task oriented...and
love to chase butterflies, birds, etc.
Males would rather be
on your lap. Neutering by 6 months of age will ensure the
males do not have the
hormones to want to hump or do unpleasant marking.
Be advised...both males
and females hump, mark territory, etc. It is up to the
individual to be sure
you are the alpha in the family, not the dog. Treat your dog
as you would your child,
with loving boundaries, and you will have the perfect pet.
If not, you may experience
extreme separation anxiety, humping, marking, growling, etc.
We do early stimulation
training to ensure your puppy knows who is boss at home.
However, it is up to
you to perpetuate the positive behaviors we instill in each puppy.
